Please join us for our bi-monthly EPIC meeting,
scheduled for Wednesday March 22, 2017
Beginning at 6:00 pm
East Precinct Community Room
737 SE 106th Ave 97216
Our Keynote Presentation:
K9 Cops
Some of the smallest members of the Portland Police Bureau are the fastest and strongest per body weight.
Police dogs are trained to search for explosives, drugs, and crime scene evidence. They are also trained to protect their human handlers and seek out suspects in hiding. Usually, criminals receive the worst part of an interaction with a canine; however dogs can be injured or even killed in the line of duty.
Join us when Sergeant Troy Grundmeyer, along with other K9 officers, explain and demonstrate the value of their canine partners.
Ongoing Agenda items include:
Vision for East Precinct
Name Recognition Interaction
